General Terms and Conditions of the company Kreativ Welt 3D
§1 Applicability to Entrepreneurs and Definitions
(1) The following General Terms and Conditions apply to all deliveries between us and a consumer in their valid version at the time of the order.
A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that predominantly cannot be attributed to their commercial or independent professional activity (§ 13 BGB).
§2 Conclusion of a Contract, Storage of the Contract Text

(3) The presentation of goods in our online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer on our part, but is merely an invitation to consumers to place orders for goods. By ordering the desired goods, the consumer submits a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract.
(4) Upon receipt of an order in our online shop, the following regulations apply: The consumer submits a binding contractual offer by successfully completing the order procedure provided in our online shop.
The order is placed in the following steps:
1) Selection of the desired goods
2) Confirmation by clicking the "Order" buttons
3) Review of the information in the shopping cart
4) Pressing the "Checkout" button
5) Logging into the online shop after registration and entering the login details (email address and password).
6) Final review or correction of the respective entered data.
7) Binding submission of the order by clicking the "order for a fee" or "buy" button
The consumer can return to the webpage where the customer's details are captured and correct input errors by pressing the "Back" button contained in the internet browser they are using before the binding submission of the order, or cancel the ordering process by closing the internet browser. We confirm the receipt of the order immediately by an automatically generated email ("Order Confirmation"). With this, we accept your offer.
(5) Storage of the contract text for orders through our online shop: We store the contract text and send you the order details and our GTC by email. You can view the GTC at any time at https://kreativwelt3d.aivendo.shop/seiten/agb. You can view your past orders in our customer area under My Account –> My Orders.
§3 Prices, Shipping Costs, Payment, Due Date
(1) The prices stated include the statutory value-added tax and other price components. Shipping costs may apply.
(2) The consumer has the option to pay in advance, via PayPal, or by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express).
(3) If the consumer has chosen to pay in advance, they are obliged to pay the purchase price immediately after the conclusion of the contract.
§4 Delivery
(1) Unless we have explicitly stated otherwise in the product description, all items offered by us are ready for dispatch immediately. Delivery will take place at the latest within 5 working days. The delivery period in the case of payment in advance begins on the day after the payment order is issued to the bank instructed with the transfer, and for all other payment methods, it begins on the day after the conclusion of the contract. If the deadline falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday at the delivery location, the deadline ends on the next working day.
(2) The risk of accidental loss and accidental deterioration of the sold item passes to the buyer only upon delivery of the item to the buyer, even in the case of a sale by dispatch.
§5 Retention of Title
We reserve the ownership of the goods until full payment of the purchase price.
