Soap dispenser cover
We want to provide you with the best possible user experience. For this reason, we would like to show you a few important points that may cause the soap dispenser not to function optimally inside the cover. These include, among other things, poor sensor activation or uncontrolled soap leakage. All of these issues can be resolved with just a few simple steps. 1. Switch off before installation Make sure the soap dispenser is switched off before installation to prevent accidental activation. 2. Clean the sensors Clean both sensors of the soap dispenser: The first one is the large sensor on the front. The second one is located directly behind the outlet where the soap is dispensed. 3. Check the fit of the base Make sure that the base of the soap dispenser is clean and correctly seated on the main unit. Otherwise, the hand may not be detected properly. 4. Insert the dispenser correctly into the cover Separate the upper and lower parts of the cover. Place the soap dispenser into the lower part and press it down until it rests completely on the base. 5. Check the correct position of the sensor The sensor must be centered in the sensor opening of the cover to ensure the best detection rate. Two guide strips inside the cover ensure a firm and stable fit for the dispenser. 6. Attach the upper part Now place the upper part onto the lower part to close the dispenser cover. 7. Switch the dispenser back on Turn the soap dispenser over and switch it back on through the designated opening. 8. Perform a function test Place the soap dispenser in its intended location and check that it functions properly. 9. Additional note on batteries If the dispenser unexpectedly fails to activate, this is often due to weak batteries. Sensor detection inside the cover requires slightly more energy and therefore works most reliably with fully charged or new batteries. Replace them if necessary.
